These muffins are awesome – quick and easy to make and less than 70 cals each!
Preheat oven to 180C
Half cup fat free natural yoghurt
Four tsps natural sweetener
Three cups wheatbran flakes
Two tsps baking powder
Mash up the bananas and mix with the eggs.
Add the yoghurt, sweetener and vanilla and beat.
Fold in the wheatbran and baking powder.
Spoon into muffin tins
Top with blueberries
Bake for 20-25 mins.
